Associa Blue Ribbon Blend 

This unique blend of Costa Rica, El Salvador and Panama beans creates a rich, full bodied cup that goes down so easily that you will find yourself pouring a second or even third cup. Associa Blue Ribbon Blend has a medium to dark roast profile and you will taste a hint of molasses, cocoa and tobacco with a hint of cherry to brighten it up. The creamy and silky mouthfeel is subtle and makes for a rich, smooth and clean cup of coffee. Enjoy!

Ranch Roast 

This exclusive blend was specifically crafted to compliment the cool Fall temperatures in Texas. Ranch Roast Blend contains 2/3 Costa Rica beans and 1/3 from El Salvador. By carefully roasting both beans to a medium to dark (FC-FC+), these two intermingle to create a full-bodied, rich and extremely smooth cup of coffee. You will notice a slight nutty and cocoa taste that is perfect to enjoy on a cold morning. I noticed that after leaving a cup to get cold, it is even delightful as iced coffee. A medium grind is fine for a drip coffee machine or K-cup pod. If you are a true coffee snob, go for a coarse grind and note that the flavors are enhanced if brewed In a French press. Finally, if you are not a purist like me, I encourage you to try a sip before adding any cream or sugar. Trust me…it is delicious all on its own! Enjoy!
